Capabilities to supply valve castings
To supply finished valve body casting parts, T & X has machining equipment as well (CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, CNC boring machines, drilling machines, etc) for different machining requirements. Besides, T & X also has the hydraulic testing capability to ensure workable valve castings. For large dimensions valve casting parts, to avoid casting defects, it is necessary to do magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing after casting.
T & X has advanced quality control equipments such as CMM machine, universal tensile testing machine, hardness tester, magnetic particle inspection machine, salt spray testing machine, spectroscope machine, optical measuring machine, metallographic analyzer machine, roughness tester ect.
